How do I insert an ad?
- You can go directly through the homepage, or by choosing the province and then “New item”
- If you are a registered user login with your username, otherwise you must become a user by introducing your data and choosing a username and password.
- Choose the province where the product is located, and if you are selling, renting etc.
- Introduce the product that you want to sell, your telefone number and the category.
- You can also specify the characteristics of the product more in the field “Ad text”
- If you want your ad to appear in Spanish, you can have it translated by selecting the flag. Some of the text may not have been translated as you would have liked it to, then you have to possibilty to modify it in the translated fields before publishing it.
- Lastly, you can increment your chances of selling your product by providing pictures. To introduce pictures in the ad you press “Browse...” and choose the pictures you want in your ad. You can add several.
- Before publishing your ad, you can preview it in “Preview ad”. When you are happy with it, press “Publish ad” and within 24 hours your ad will appear on the web.
Why does my ad not appear on the web?
If your ad doesn't appear within 24 hours you might have introduced a swearword or another word that is not permitted on the webpage. See the User Conditions for the rules in this matter. You should then have received an e-mail if you have introduced your e-mail adress correctly, that explains why your ad has not been put on the webpage. You have the option to correct the ad with the unappropriate words and send it again.
How can I erase my ad from the web?
If you want to erase your ad, because you have sold your item or for some other reason, you need to log in with your user and go to “My ads” in the menu. There you will see all the ads you have introduced, select the ad you want to take away, and beneath the ad you will se the option to eliminate the ad.
How can I make changes to my ad?
In your personal menu “My ads” which you can access with your username and password, you can choose the ad that you wish to modify and beneath the ad you can see the option of modifying the ad. Once you have changed something in the ad, it must be checked again so that you have not introduced inappropriate words. Within 24 hours the ad will again be accepted or denied.
How can I highlight my ad?
When you have introduced an ad on the website you have the option to highlight it, and it will be in another colour to distnguish it from the other ads. For this service you can send a message to 25588 with DSTACAR 40 for the cost of 1.392€ IVA inc. or by paying with your IKEA family or Ventaja Europa card for a cost of 1€.
For how long will the ad be on the website?
The ads remain on the web for 30 days. This way we can guarantee they are always current. If you would like to renew your ad you can do so by sending a message to 25588 with the word RNOVAR 40 for the cost of 1.392€ IVA inc. or paying with the IKEA family or Ventaja Europa card for the cost of 1€.
I cannot remember my password?
If you have forgotten your password you can ask for a new one by pressing the link "Have you forgotten your password?" beneath the fields for logging in as a user. We will then send you a new one to your e-mail. Be sure that you have introduced your e-mail correctly and not used any block letters when introducing the password.
How can I search for more specific ads?
When you enter the homepage, you choose your province and then you will see a menu where you can choose the type of product that you are looking for, the province is already set but you can choose another one according to your preferences for the search. Depending on the product category that you choose, you can specify even more your search. As an example, if you choose Real Estate, you can specify apart from Price-range, also Surface, Plot and Bedrooms.
How can I contact the advertiser?
When you want to contact the advertiser of a product you can do so in two different ways. You can call the telephone number that appears beside the ad, or you can send the advertiser a message through our service on the web which is also available beside each ad.
How can I save the ads that I like?
To the right of each ad in the little menu there is the option "My favorites". While you are browsing ads you can keep adding them to your favorites and they will be saved there during the whole session. You can return to this tab whenever you want.
How do the statistics work?
When you are logged into "My ads" with your username, you will see a symbol

in the menu-list. If you click this symbol you will be able to see the statistics for your ad. You can see Visits, Respond to ad, Save to Favorites and Recomend ad. In Visits you can see the times that your ad has been visited during the period your ad is on the web. in Respond ad you will see the times someone has contacted you by the message service. In Save in Favorites you will see the times someone has saved your ad as his or hers favorite. Be aware that the same user can save your ad several times if the cookies have been erased and the user ads your ad again after that. Last, you can see the times someone has recommended your ad to someone else by using the recommend button by the ad.
